Dr. Davis received his M.D. from the University of Alabama. Dr. Davis completed
his internal medicine internship at Sacred Heart Hospital and residency at the University
of South Dakota. He completed his cardiology fellowship at the University of New
Mexico. Prior to joining St. Paul Cardiology, Dr. Davis practiced cardiology in
Sioux City, Iowa.
Dr. Davis is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal
Medicine and the in the specialty of Cardiovascular Disease. In 2006, Dr. Davis
became a Diplomate in Nuclear Cardiology of the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology.
His professional interests include nuclear medicine, CT angiography, and echocardiography. |

Dr. Forgosh received his M.D. from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. His internship
and residency were both completed at Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine
in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Forgosh completed his cardiology fellowship at the University
of Florida Health Sciences Center, Jacksonville, Florida. After his fellowship he
was faculty at East Carolina University. Before joining St. Paul Cardiology in 1997,
he was in practice with the Arizona Heart Institute.
Dr. Forgosh serves as St. Paul Cardiology’s president. He is board certified by
the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and the specialty
of Cardiovascular Disease. He is also a Diplomat in Nuclear Cardiology of the Certification
Board of Nuclear Cardiology. His professional interests include cardiac catheterization,
echocardiography, stress testing and nuclear cardiology with special focus on the
diagnosis and treatment of peripheral vascular disease, coronary artery disease,
and congestive heart failure. Dr. Forgosh is also very active in cardiovascular
research. |

Dr. Loria received her M.D. from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She
completed her internal medicine internship and residency at Northwestern University,
Evanston Hospital Evanston, Illinois. Following that, she spent two years completing
a heart failure and cardiac transplant fellowship at Northwestern University. Dr.
Loria then went on to complete her cardiovascular fellowship at the University of
Minnesota, Minneapolis.
Dr. Loria is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine
and Cardiovascular Medicine. She joined St. Paul Cardiology in 1993 and her professional
interests include all forms of non invasive cardiology, congestive heart failure,
coronary artery disease, and nuclear medicine. Dr. Loria also focuses on women’s
heart health at St. Paul Cardiology. |

Dr. Nadig earned his M.D. from the University of Mysore, in Mysore, India. He completed
his internal medicine internship and residency at Loyola University Medical Center
in Illinois. Dr. Nadig then proceeded to do his cardiology fellowship at the Medical
College of Wisconsin and his interventional cardiology fellowship at Henry Ford
Hospital.
Dr. Nadig is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in the specialties
of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He is also a Diplomate of Interventional
Cardiology. His areas of professional interest include percutaneous coronary interventions
(therapies delivered via catheters during angiography) such as coronary angioplasty,
coronary stenting, and brachtheraphy. |

Dr. Zukowski earned his M.D. from Warsaw Medical School, Poland. Dr. Zukowski completed
both his internal medicine internship and residency at the University of North Dakota.
The Chicago Medical School is where Dr. Zukowski completed his cardiology training.
Dr. Zukowski is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in the
specialty of Cardiovascular Disease. He is also a Diplomate of the National Board
of Echocardiography. Dr. Zukowski’s professional interests include non invasive
cardiology and heart valve disease.
